About Me
Kate Ellen is a 610 hour Yoga Instructor who has passionately been teaching Yoga in Brisbane, Australia since 2017.
“I’ve witnessed first hand the positive impacts that Yoga has had on my own health and life, and I would like to help & encourage others on their Yoga journey.” – Kate
Yoga is a practice in all areas of life, Yoga is much more than the physical practice, and Kate hopes to inspire you with teachings that you can take into your everyday life, to not only better your own health and wellbeing but also impact and better the wellbeing of those around you.
As you take steps to improve your wellbeing and create more harmony in your own life, it will hopefully then create a domino effect of harmony to those in your inner circle and beyond.

Class Descriptions
HATHA FLOW – mixture of held poses & movement with the breath.
GENTLE FLOW – Slow moving gentle approach, many variations to each pose.
YIN – Held floor poses. 1-5 mins per pose. Deep release.
SOUND – Sound therapy with singing bowls, voice & other instruments.

Remember yoga is still yoga if you need props, if you modify or do variations of a pose, if you don’t practice certain poses, if you only practice meditation, or if you don’t look like a “Yogi” or have a “Yoga body” , there is no such thing,
